Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product under the following conditions:

1. Return Window  
Returns must be requested and shipped back to us *within 7 days* of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping  
- Customers are responsible for *self-shipping* the item(s) to our return address.  
- *Shipping costs will not be covered* or reimbursed by us.  
- We recommend using a *trackable shipping service* and keeping proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Condition of Returned Items  
- Items must be returned in their *original condition*
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:  
- A *refund will be issued to your original method of payment* (excluding the original shipping fee).  
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.
